"All four cookies were undercooked. The entire center of the cookie, except for the edges was cookie dough. The "everything cookies" (two thin wafer like cookies with thin layer of cream cheese...hence supposed to be crispy) were so undercooked I couldn't pick them up without the falling apart. Also, I ordered three of the everything cookies, but instead of sending three they sent a random cookie I didn't order and a coupon for a free cookie. Unfortunately, they placed the coupon half under the random cookie, so it's a greasy, illegible, icing covered mess that had to go in the trash. That's close to HALF of a quarter pound. For reference, the Classic Chicken Sandwich which was $6.24 weighed ~250g. Biscuits and fries were great. Just such a let down for them to overcharge and underdeliver. Yeah, I was so suspicious of how little shrimp I received that I found my food scale. Imagine getting scammed that hard."

"I've ordered from this place twice and both times, I had a Cheese Burger and Shrimp Basket. It's really enjoyable food, but the shrimp basket is a little pricey and apparently the burger doesn't come with fries, even though it sure looks like it from their menu photo; the shrimp basket had fries included each time but nothing extra for a second burger, so it wasn't just adding the fries to a basket. The quality of food is top tier. Shrimp is light, tender, and delicious without being overly greasy. The burgers are amazing. They taste like REAL burgers cooked with REAL ground beef. Just like you'd make at home. Both times, the burgers came dressed with lettuce and mayo, and maybe onion? There wasn't anything that made the buns soggy, which I appreciate. That said, I paid for 2 Tartar sauce but only got 1, so I'd avoid ordering multiple sauces.
