The Traditional Persian Cake Roulette (Cake Roll) was a bit wet in the cake and it's structure wasn't full. The creme was well made though and held up to freezing/refrigeration. "This place has seriously lost its touch! It used to be our go-to spot for Mandi, especially their Grilled Chicken Mandi, but unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill.
We’ve been extremely disappointed with both our current and previous orders. The rice portions have become ridiculously small, and the chicken tastes terrible. Honestly, the food doesn’t even taste fresh anymore. It’s frustrating to see a restaurant that was once so good completely compromise on its quality.
To make matters worse, I called the restaurant 7–8 times over a 40-minute period just to address the issue with the rice portions, and not once did anyone answer the phone. That alone speaks volumes about their customer service and how little they seem to care about their customers.
This has been one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had on DoorDash and in general. I genuinely regret ordering from here, and I can confidently say I will never order from this place again. I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either.
