I used to work at Wendy's In the mid 2000s and I loved their food, I never got sick of it even though I worked there every day, Now, everything is 3 times more expensive, 1/3 the size it used to be, and less overall quality. I ordered a cobb salad and a crispy chicken sandwich, and was honestly worried it would be too much because I remember how big the Cobb salads were when I prepped them. The crispy chicken sandwich is on a roll bun now and the patty is a flattened nugget. The full price large salad I paid for was not what I got. The salad I received was the same size as the side salads we used to make (about 1/3d the size of the full salad), while being around the same price as what they used to be ($9). And this isn't a one off, its happened twice now I thought the first time was a fluke...the wendys closest to where I live closed, as did most of the wendys in my local areas have been closing and im finally realizing all wendys are just crap now."

"over all solid burger. the Mushroom Swiss Burger was great the macBacon Mac & Cheese Burger for some reason had grilled onions i didnt order. it was still very good. the potato Tater Trio was well cooked smothered in cheese and bacon could have used more cheese. was burned on and made it dry but still tasty. I had also ordered it with chili. truly gluttoness. was so excited until I saw that my 2.50 in chili was 3 tiny sample containers you know the tiny lidded black ones that hold about a quarter size maybe a tea spoon. so my giant side of tater came with three tea spoons of chili. it was not moist either dont know how such a tiny quantity would be. skip the chili it was mid and really didnt have any anyways. that was the only disappointment. otherwise great will call it 4 stars for excellent burgers minus one for tiny chili if it was the dollar add on I get the tiny amount but its 3 bucks so id like at least a ladel hell charge me 5 or 10 I just want a fair portion."

This crispy fried chicken and fries hit way better than I expected. The chicken came out golden, crunchy, and seasoned with those bold, almost foreign-style flavors that make it stand out from the usual spots. Every bite had that perfect mix of crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside.
The fries were fresh, lightly seasoned, and actually tasted like they were cooked to order — not that old, soggy stuff you get at some places. Even the dipping sauce had a rich, savory taste that tied everything together.
Portion-wise, they do not play. You get a solid amount of food for the price, and it feels like you’re getting more than what you paid for. Between the flavor, the crunch, and the generous serving, this meal is definitely worth coming back for."

"The steak "sandwich" is not a sandwich! Yes. it is described as "open-faced". I completely understood that when I ordered. When ordering, it gives you customize options to REMOVE arugula, lettuce, tomato, onion, horseradish sauce, bun, etc. I opted for no arugula or horseradish. (I expected to have lettuce, tomato, and onion). The order came with a few steak BITES in foil (this is good so the bread does not get soggy). However, it was served with this steak in foil and a SMALL piece of sourdough bread. NOTHING else (for $20). I ordered sweet potato fries as the side. It came with the fries and some onion rings. (OK - no big deal). The breaded mushrooms ($14) are overcooked - they look burnt and are inedible! I called the manager - spoke with Adam.
His reply, "the sandwich comes open-faced". I replied, I understand that, but there are no additional toppings - just the few steak bites (about 8 pieces) and a small piece of bread! NOTHING else. He said, "thanks for letting me know - I'll let DoorDash know to update the site to not include the options to customize. Have a good night."
He then hung up. NOTHING else - didn't even try to offer a solution or any type of customer service! I don't know - I have never wrote any type of review like this - but I felt it is important to let others know that this place and the management don't really seem to be concerned about the quality of their food or having any type of repeat customers.
I do not recommend this restaurant, and I hope that upper management or owners realize that the quality of food and customer service needs some serious attention. "

"Food was hot and fresh. The quesadilla was smaller than usual, but it's also cheaper as well so the price to portion ratio was very fair. The burrito was delicious and packed with flavor. They weren't stingy on the meat either. Way better price/flavor/portion wise than Chipotle, and I'll definitely be ordering from Rico's again."

"The Veggie Spring Rolls and the Spicy Crispy Chicken Wontons were delicious! Hot, fresh, and the wontons were flavorful. The Mongolian Beef Dinner/w rice (I got noodles instead) was pretty bad. It doesn't look like the photo and the beef is chewy and the flavor of the sauce is bad. I don't want to take another bit to describe it better. The noodles were also pretty gross; kind of tasted like an old pan.
If the entree was around $17/18 I don't think it would warrant a review, but for the $30ish I paid, I am pretty bummed how bad it is."
