Texture, the top was kind of dry, sad, and dusty. Not that shiny, crackly crust you want, ya know? The inside looked fudgy, and it sort of was… but also a little grainy.

"Their cinnamon rolls are AMAZING. I've had the Classic Buttercream Regular 8oz Cinnamon Roll as well as the signature cinnamon buttercream frosting one, and it tastes almost like Cinnabon! But better because they use buttercream instead of that disgusting cream cheese. 9/10. Definitely will order this again and from here on out, will only order from here when I'm craving a cinnamon roll. My only complaint is that when you order one, you're expected to heat it up and add the frosting yourself. I really wish Cinnamom would change this and have it come prepared with utensils."
"Wasn't what I was expecting and didn't taste very fresh. I microwaved for 25 seconds as suggested on the packaging, but it was still not soft. I only received one small ramekin of icing that was barely enough for the entire role. And for $14? I expect absolute freshness. I wouldn't return.

Their buttercream frosting was amazing prior to the sale of the business, now it's grocery store quality and flavor. They have tried to diversify with food, but it just misses the mark. Our family always enjoyed the cupcakes and custom cakes, which is what they were good at, but now we can do better just about anywhere. Also, the used to make a peanut butter bar that was to die for, but that's long gone."
