An "option" was how did I want the bread?--I thought this was an odd question because every time I've had one in every other restaurant --it's universally known as a FRIED sandwich (so having options--how odd), so I left it on "plain" **assuming** this restaurant knew what it was doing since this type sandwich is fried and if I wanted a regular ham and cheese, I would have bought one. This is what I got--a ham and swiss but NOT a Monte Cristo. I also asked for light powdered sugar and there's none. Won't be back."
