"So, you can immediately see in my photos that the meats in both the 16. Mandarin Spicy Chicken and 15. Sesame Shrimp are completely battered and deep fried. There is so much batter (and oil) that the meat pieces look like a donut or something you get from a bakery. This is a cheap way for the restaurant to add bulk to the dish while keeping the amount of meat the customer gets very small.
