This place is SO good that I was at Vintique (the monthly antique and vintage pop up behind the restaurant) today and literally one of us mentioned the fish and chips here and suddenly there was a group of EIGHT complete strangers brought together by our love of vintage shopping who were all singing the praises of how incredibly special and delicious the food is here! "I love meat. I only ordered from Nectar Cafe because we had a vegan friend staying with us. The American Burger with cashew cheese on a pretzel bun was...ridiculously good! I was stunned. I can't wait to order again. Like weekly. My wife ordered the Jerk (v) protein bowl. Spicey, but not over the top. She would order again as well.
The only bummer was the Cauliflower Buffalo Wings (v). They were not our jam. I hope they re-imagine that dish as the dipping sauce was super good.
So call it a 4.5 out of 5. 100% will order from Nectar Cage again."

"Always driven past this place and wanted to go in. I finally came down with a bad cold and needed some spicy soup. This soup was phenomenal and had so much protein in there, it's great bang for your buck. Will definitely be going in soon."
"I got the lamb hotpot with add-on of lotus, medium spice. Extremely underwhelming. No spice whatsoever (the spice scale only goes from medium to very spicy so I was cautious), almost no vermicelli, very few mushrooms, and little to no flavor. The lotus, additionally, came on the side so it did not cook in the soup at all and therefore wasn't worth paying for.
Only good things about it was that lamb was plentiful and the pork blood sausage thing tasted good. The store was cool in that I did not know how to do the add-on and they fixed it in-store instead of omitting it entirely. "

"We ordered cream filled doughnuts and a Croissant Donut and they were melt in your mouth delicious! The cream filled doughnuts were one of the yummiest things I’ve ever eaten. I came on to order them again for tomorrow morning to find them not on the menu but maybe it will be in the morning. I do hope they have a few items with buttercream frosting on the menu but maybe I just haven’t ran across them yet. Everything I’ve tried has been perfect!"
