"BigMacs came with old patties, very little sauce so very dry and bland, and pickles when I requested no pickles (thankfully not allergic). But, as a former McDonalds "team member" years ago when I was 16, I can understand it not being 100% fresh as I did order fairly late, and it was a 2 for 1 deal so I'm sure tons of customers were ordering them so they had to make dozens of them, and from experience, I know it's not uncommon for them to 'pre-make' sandwiches to get a jump on lunch/dinner rushes, or when trying to finish your tasks to close the store and clock out on time. BUT, even with that said, I do feel like they still could have remembered to leave off the pickles and use the correct amount of 'mac sauce' (I'm assuming the sauce dispenser, which squirts out the specific amount of sauce for you, was probably running low and the didn't want to open a brand new container since the store was closing in an hour or two). So, while I do understand to an extent, I still feel like it could have been made better had they just focused on the job/task vs focusing on the job/task ending and clocking out from the job. I'd give it a 4/10, 5/10 just because it was a 2 for 1."

"I belive this place had the opportunity to be great, but was cut down by their poor packaging. The teas we ordered weren't sealed properly and ended up spilling. Similarly the container in with the crepes did not have a lid on it and spilled all over, leaving the crepe soggy by the time it arrived. Aside from these factors, it was actually a rather pleasant experience. The strawberries on the crepes seemed fresh and tasted amazing, and the teas were rich in flavor. I would like to order from them again, hopefully with a better experience."
