The 6 pack of ice cream sandwiches that are suppose to come in labelled box, instead were literally crammed into a small paper bag. The ice cream sandwiches were completely melted.
We won't be able to eat these. We will want a full refund for the ice cream sandwiches.
Last time we ordered this, it was in a Dairy Queen fast food box, not in the ice cream box. At least they were not melted, although they very super soft. There was an 1/8 to 1/4 inch of ice cream sandwiched between the chocolate cookies. One of them had no ice cream in the center. The Mahalo 10" had HUGE chunks of jalapenos and was soggy and undercooked. The Oven Goat Cheese was curdled and I tried to warm some up and that didn't help. I ordered a side Ranch but received a ramekin of blue cheese crumbles. Only thing that was edible was my mixed green salad. So I spent over $50 for a Seasonal Mixed Greens - half size"
