"This is the ramen we've been searching for... the wife and I went to the Ramen Museum in Yokohama, Japan over a decade ago... since then we've been searching for ramen in the U.S./Wisconsin that compares. There was one place in Charlotte, NC that was good but FINALLY we found it at Mitaka. I had the spicy Tantanmen, the wife had the Tonkotsu, we ordered the extra pork belly for both, do yourself a favor and do the same, thank me later. The pork belly buns were the best we've had since Japan as well. 10/10 would recommend. We will be back!"
