"Hello, I’m contacting you because there was a serious issue with my pizza order. When I received my pizza, it was not a complete pizza. It appeared that a piece had already been taken out before I received it, which is unacceptable because I paid for a full order and expected my food to arrive complete, fresh, and untouched.
I am very disappointed with this experience because I should not have to worry about whether my food has been opened or handled before it gets to me. This is not what I paid for, and I do not feel comfortable eating the order after seeing that it was missing a piece.
I am requesting a full refund for this order due to not receiving the product I paid for. I would appreciate it if this issue could be handled as soon as possible. I hope you can look into what happened and make this right."

"I was pretty disappointed with my meal. I ordered the Loaded Brisket Potato, expecting a baked potato topped with brisket. Instead, it was completely smothered in beans with only small bits of brisket. I don't like beans, and if the menu had mentioned that, I never would have ordered it.
I also ordered the ribs, and they arrived covered in BBQ sauce. There was no mention of that on the menu, and I personally don't care for BBQ sauce.
My biggest issue is that the menu doesn't accurately describe what you're ordering. Better descriptions would help customers know what to expect and avoid unpleasant surprises."
