"Carl's Jr food in general has been falling in quality for years. I worked at a Carl's Jr restaurant in Ventura in the early 1980s, and the food was excellent at that time, but the company was still owned by the Karcher family, so that would probably be one reason why the food was superior. These days the buns are rather tasteless, and tend to absorb the sauces and flatten out. The lettuce lacks texture, and is better suited for floral arrangements than hamburgers. Got the sirloin and ribs combo with a minuscule amount of salad - (who skimps on lettuce?) and a tiny baked potato. They put sour cream, butter and chives all together stuffed in a 3 oz container!
The steak was horrible, worst in my life that I've ever had. Cooking was correct - a medium, not overdone. I cannot blame the chefs and other staff members...However, this establishment skimps on portions plus quality of goods. I have a feeling their managers instructed them to skimp on everything too. They had the cheapest cut in the world. Please save yourself the regret.
I spent $95 on a $60 order after fees, etc. I was spending almost a hundred bucks on food WORSE THAN OUTBACK! listen to me or you'll regret your decision.

The pork fried rice was fine except again, weird consistency in the pork. The Beef with Broccoli had a weird consistency to the beef. Honestly? "Everything was exactly how I'd want it. We ordered the Sen Street Curry with udon noodles, tofu and vegan duck, Sen Chow Fun with vegan chicken and vegan duck, vegetable Gyoza, and Sen Rolls with vegan chicken. The gyoza and Sen rolls didn't even make it home, they were too good and we ate them in the car. My partner devoured his Sen chow fun before I could photograph it. The street curry was flavorful and creamy, and the udon noodles were cooked well. The vegan meats really shine in terms of texture and flavor. The chili that comes on the side is definitely spicy, so be cautious if you don't want too much (I dumped it all into my soup and regretted nothing). Highly recommend for vegans and non-vegans alike."

Pad See You Noodle (smoky flavor and great with the pickled jalapeños), 69. "On the positive - we were impressed with the way they packaged the food. Cutting the corners on certain things meant everything was hot well after delivery and nothing was soggy. That was very nice and a great idea.
The 67. Buffalo Wings were decent. Great flavor with the sauce but the wings themselves need salt and pepper at least. I did think these were overpriced for the value of the chicken especially when you can get mind blowing chicken at bb.q chicken for the same price but larger wings.
Also, the 49. Thai Fried Rice was great! No complaints there.
The biggest disappointment (for me) was the 65c. Orange Chicken and the 9t. Fried Tofu. Where is the flavor guys? The orange chicken was crispy like a meatball covered in breadcrumbs. Very weird. Orange chicken is usually lightly crispy but overall soft. Again, no seasonings. The tofu actually had GREAT crisp (a vegan confirmed) but it was bland as well. No seasonings, soy sauce or garlic. Come on guys. These individual dishes were too expensive to be this bland. They ended up not getting eaten.
My order overall was over $100 for 67. Buffalo Wings , 6. EGG ROLLS (also good) , 49. Thai Fried Rice and 65c. Orange Chicken with a side of fried rice. Can't say that I would order again or even recommend."
