I hadnt ordered KFC via door dash before and it was right after 5:00pm when I ordered the food trying to avoid any delays in the food I wanted to order or having the driver delay in after work traffic on a Friday. I wanted to taste the Secret Recipe Fries since I had never had them before knowing how hard they are to keep warm, I was willing to stick them in my air fryer to reheat, and I ordered extra gravy and mashed potatoes to dip them in. I norm prefer white meat over dark meat with chicken, however KFC does a great job with their dark meat original recipe chicken, and I prefer the dark meat on the original recipe chicken over white meat, as the white meat tends to be drier than dark meat (with the exception of original recipe chicken wings). I have always been a fan of KFC original recipe chicken, pot pies, and sides, but compared to other fast food restaurants I find KFC to be very expensive. My order was $77 before DD fees and tax/tip. I will definitely order this again in the near future, and when I reheat the chicken in the microwave I make sure to heat it on 50% power for a longer period of time and I put the chicken in a ziplock FREEZER bag or use 2 regular ziplock bags inside of each other to prevent the bag from breaking open in the microwave and leaving the chicken on the glass and the bag melted) to keep the steam in the bag and keep the chicken warm throughout. From the delivery to the food, it was surprisingly good! I should’ve taken some pictures. Usually, when food is delivered, it’s not packed with care, but that wasn’t the case with Sangam Chettinad. The attention to detail and the quality of the food were excellent.
I ordered plain biryani rice (Kuska) and a Masala dosa. To my delight, they also included some delicious potato masala, which I hadn’t expected. The sauces were great, too.
My only tip is to enjoy the food right after delivery. If it sits for over an hour, the Masala Dosa will lose its crispness (first-world problems, I know!).
Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy Indian food!"

I ordered the Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Biryani and asked for it “spicy, double masala” like a true Hyderabadi, and it definitely delivered. The Zafrani Chicken 65 was decent, but nothing you can’t find elsewhere in Austin.
Only downside is the portion size. The Chicken 65 felt way too small for the price, and the raita + mirchi ka salan servings were basically Costco sample cups.
