" A friendly, affordable, and delicious experience. Every experience I have had both in the restaurant and through DoorDash has been great. I always order the exact same thing and they never fail me. They even go so far as to separate the vegetables and the onion rings from my burger so they don't get soggy.
The seasoned fries are a must! Especially since their ranch pairs phenomenally.
Unfortunately there is no option in DoorDash to select seasoned fries when ordering a hamburger however after requesting them in the special instructions tab the restaurant accommodated me with no hassle.

What really made me happy was I asked to add cheese if possible and they sent in a handwritten note saying sorry this dish doesn’t come with it and it really went above and beyond in my opinion that they saw my request but let me know they could not accommodate me. 10 stars for detail, presentation, taste and care for their customer. "I feel obliged to back off on my previous review for The Burger. Apparently the meat was changed from Wagyu to "American" beef, and it made a world of difference, and not in a good way. Sadly, in terms of taste and texture, this burger no longer stands out from any of the choices now available locally. And of course the price went up. Don't even get me started on the kettle chips."

Today, I opted for heat and was horrified - the wings at BWW have gotten so tiny as to be laughable. I ordered a 10 piece mix and received 9 flats and 1 drum that was the size of my thumb. Lame. And yet, they still charge more than anyone else in town. I get cutting costs, but some advice: Don't skimp on the star protein that's in your DBA. Seriously, the wings were terrible and not as spicy as they used to be. If this is the new direction, I'm done. I'll be enjoying the Atomic at Wingstop from here on out -- hearty wings, super flavorful, better price point. Don't waste your money here...they've given up."

"The Boneless Wings were tiny, like half the size of a normal boneless wing. The Cesar salad had way too much cheese. There was quite a bit of cayenne on the corn on the cob, which was not supposed to be there. The add on avocado for my salad was only 3 thin slices for $1.60. The avocado ranch dressing was ranch with a small chunk of avocado thrown in the cup. None of the dips / dressings were labeled as to what they were.
The driver had good communication, however, left the delivery on the ground and not on the stand as stated in my instructions. The cold salad was sideways in the same bag as the hot dishes. "
