"I grew up by this store and they have always strived to adapt/evolve/overcome. The food is usually put together in an appealing way rather than thrown together carelessly like many fast food restaurants with drive thrus. My only gripe is they forget about sauces you order on Doordash or Uber Eats and this consistent...out of 20 online orders over the last 2 years I would say maybe 2 actually included the sauces I asked for, and that's me being gracious with percentages. I put Diablo sauce on everything so not being able to get that consistently costed them one star. Other than that they are great and have always been great! I know of Taco Bells that have smashed food and this one never presents that. They do seem to use fresh ingredients especially the lettuce and tomatoes...no wilt or mush. I recommend them and just hope they can figure out how to give people the sauces they ask for when it comes to online orders. They do great with sauces in the drivethru but this app is for online purchases...when it comes to online purchases, GOOD LUCK getting the sauces you want. So 4/5"

"This was terrible. The mac and cheese bites were so tiny. They were simply fried bits with the saddest tiniest dried bit of mac and cheese in the middle. Very disappointing. The wings were also small and the sauce ended up in a puddle of grease. All around incredibly disappointing and way overpriced. Would never recommend."

"As in times past, I was really looking forward to my Guthrie's chicken strips box meal. Generally, I would have rated four-stars because it's always fresh, tender, and still hot! 😋 Unfortunately, today, I think I got the box that had been sitting out for a while. Chicken and fries were barely warm and were dry; the chicken seemed overcooked, and the slaw had a weird stale taste and seemed a bit dry and anemic looking. Also, I do not believe this was the fault of the driver because they were here in almost record time - which was another clue that my meal had likely been sitting out for a bit at the restaurant . This is my first "bad" experience with Guthries....I'm hoping it was just a fluke and an 'off' day for someone.....
...P.S.... what's with not including ketchup?! Previously, that would have been my only complaint. Sorry Guthrie's, I always gladly pay the $$$ for the meal, however - in this case- and with the cost of the meal, the markup premium to use doordash and the tip, this was not acceptable.
