"When they first opened this place was amazing but the quality has gone down significantly. I've had issues with the last 2 orders and have sworn off ever going back. For instance the pork belly arrived with more hard boiled eggs than pork and it wasn't even mentioned!"

"Best Futo Maki in the area! This place also doesn't skimp on the avocado for the rolls that have it. The rice is a nice texture too, not too gummy."
"The Pad Thai was extremely disappointing. There were barely any noodles — it was mostly vegetables — and the flavor was very poor. It didn’t taste fresh or well-prepared.
I also received the wrong item. I ordered one thing and was given Shrimp Shumai instead, which was not good at all.
The Spicy Salmon Roll Roll was bland and lacked flavor, even with soy sauce. The fish tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time and was not fresh. There was a noticeable smell that made it clear the fish had lost its freshness.
Also, there was some type of sauce that was leaking everywhere so thumbs down on the packaging as well.
I used to enjoy Cloud 9, but after this experience, I won’t be returning."

"Great local Thai place! the Ginger Salad was light, bright, and refreshing. The Coconut Soup (Tom Kha) soup was on the sweeter side, but nice and cozy without being heavy. The Pad See You was a bit more mild than I expected (even with the mild spice level I chose) but was still great, its one of my go to choices and great for those who are new to Thai food. Both the Coconut Soup (Tom Kha) and Pad See You reheated well the next day since I had leftovers."
"We ordered the Pad Thai, Hot and Sour Soup (Tom-Yum), and Spicy Salmon Roll. The samon roll was good, but both the other items were truly awful. The soup had no flavor, nor did the pad Thai. There was only a sprinkle of peanuts, the chicken was rubbery and cold, and the noodles were clumped together and dry/bland from lack of sauce :( Pretty disappointing for $18/pad Thai and $10 soup."

The sushi was disappointing. I ordered an avocado roll and another veggie roll with cucumber and carrots, and got two avocado rolls instead. The menu said nothing about cream cheese, and there was cream cheese in one of the rolls. They were both veggie rolls, but I could still taste fish flavor. (Not vegetarian?) I won't be ordering sushi again from here. But the Pad Thai with tofu is really outstanding- highly recommend that. The Pad Thai portion size is generous, too."

"Tried several different things on the menu including the Vegetable Spring Roll, Tiny Spring Roll, Pad Thai, Brocc Dishesoli, and they were all ok. The spring rolls were each probably the best thing. I asked for extra broccoli in the chicken & broccoli dish and I think a $2.10 up charge for six more pieces of broccoli if that, is a little much. Not much flavor in the pad tha. The chicken and broccoli doesn't have much flavor other than sweet which was odd. Prob won't be ordering this again. Overpriced for what you get. "

"Look I know orange chicken isn't health food but it was soggy and tasted like it was pure sugar. Even a 5 year old thought it was too sugary and wouldn't eat more than 1 piece. The Pad See Ew was just a bland grease ball. Maybe 4 pieces of carrot and two pieces of broccoli with a couple of slices of tired beef in it. I ordered their highest level of spice and it really just came out as hot as sriracha. I really hoped for better food based on how promising the place looked. Yes, I ordered the wings too. Barely crispy, weird mushiness under the crisp. I ordered them as a backup incase I found the Thai spiciness of the Pad See Ew to be too much.
Anyway, will pass on ordering again. Bummed because they are so close, I was hoping I found a Thai spot nearby to frequent."

My husband got the Sesame Tofu (Gluten free/Vegan Available), with a spice level of 3 and a side of fried rice. It was some of the best sweet and sour sauce we have ever had. A perfect blend of sweetness and sourness with just a little heat. We also got the Thai Fried Rice (level 1 spice) which was very good as well. It is so refreshing to be able to order nearly anything in the menu, as we are vegetarian. Being able to choose the protein is fantastic, and Thai Tea House makes excellent food! "First time ordering from here. I got the ginger salad. It was fresh, with tomato and cucumber slices, and a hard boiled egg. Also the pork egg roll which came with two. Plenty of meat, not all veg, and very tasty. Pad Thai which was very good. I ordered spicy which is right in the middle of their range and it was plenty spicy. Portions were huge. Plenty for two people. Sorry but didn't remember to take pictures until I'd already plated but you can see the portion sizes."

"I enjoyed my Char Siu Miso ramen. I added shrimp, pork dumplings, and beef to mine. The shrimp isn't fresh shrimp (frozen) but the soup was still very tasty. The beef was well seasoned, the pork tender, and the broth flavorful. There was a large ratio of meat to noodles; so the other ingredients (mushroom,marinated egg, and bok choy) were buried in the unami broth. I chose the hot chili oil and green onions ( comes with cilantro) to top my meal and it added a spicy and savory element that was most welcome. I thoroughly enjoyed my ramen! Kiss to the chef!"

"Really disappointing, especially for the price. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and paid almost $10 extra to add steak. I was honestly shocked when I opened it and there were literally four small pieces of steak in the entire order. I absolutely would not have paid an extra $10 for that if I knew that was what I was getting.
The Alfredo itself was terrible. The noodles were way too soft and the sauce had basically no flavor. It tasted like noodle water and glue. For how much this meal cost, I expected way better.
The only positive was the chicken and artichoke soup, which I actually really enjoyed. Unfortunately the pasta was a huge disappointment."
