Bringing a sauce of any kind to the table correctly can exhaust a kitchen- but they do not get exhausted here. This is what they do, and they do it best. Their rice is fluffy and prepared on point. It is all made fresh, there is no question. The Garli Naan is incredible. Most other places, it would dry out immediately. Not this restaurant. Their Butter Naan and Butter Naan hold their rich flavor and doughy grilled texture until the next day. I ordered all these things last night, and it was beyond words I can articulate to describe how amazing everything tasted and satisfied. The meat was unseasoned and tasted boiled (no sear at all), bun was chewy and bland, the lettuce was wet, sopping in fact, as well as the thin and watery tomato slices. Somehow even the cheese was flavorless. It was a cacophony of flavorless, unpleasant textures. Not much more. The whole thing was drenched in their sauce and that didn't even help unless your idea of helping is adding empty, flavorless calories (and more wetness).
The SWEET POTATO TOTS were okay (just the usual amount of sogginess from delivery), but again totally unseasoned. Tasted sweet. No salty.
This was my first meal back in the USA on the 4th of July and it made me lose some faith in our country as the capital of good burgers internationally.
