Slim Jim was only lukewarm, and lettuce was awful, had to pull it off. Onion rings were cold, barely cooked, not even light brown, and onions were basically raw. I tossed the cold, undercooked, raw onion rings; they were inedible. $23 for that meal, outrageous. The sandwich was sloppily put together. I don't know who was cooking, but they missed by a lot. I won't be doing that again. I can get a really great Italian sub loaded with great meats and toppings plus a bag of chips from J.M.'s for a lot less money. Sorry Big Boy, where I have been going since I was a teen in the late 50's and forever more. I can't get there now, mobility issues, so I have to wait until someone can take me.

Original Onion Rings were undercooked and my Super Big Boy With Fries had only one slice of cheese. If you dont pay for extra sauce, the burger is like the Sahara. I honestly disliked this meal or maybe I just remember the sandwich differently.

It says club sandwich with fries for $15 and then says fries are an additional $4- this makes no sense. Pricing/menu needs to be fixed. The Mac and cheese was not good-it was penne pasta with thin cheese sauce and some bacon throw on top. Disappointing.

There wasn't that many fries in the box which I was disappointed, and the apple pie looked like it was just thrown in the box

Meal was delicious as always but the hot fudge sundae already had the hot fudge on it when it usually comes separately so we can warm it up before eating. Can't warm it up if it's already on the ice cream cake:(
