This deli has fresh sourdough. Every time we’ve ordered the sourdough has been fresh. The French bread has been fresh.
All the meat and cold cuts are fresh the vinaigrettes and the sandwiches have absolutely amazing flavor.
We have eaten at several delis since we moved over here from the central coast
However, we have not experienced fresh sourdough fresh cold, cuts, and amazing tasting sandwiches like we do here.
My mother owned two restaurants in Avila Beach, and we know what it takes to keep a restaurant at top-tier, and this place is top-tier
I just want to thank the owner and all those who work there for striving in the spirit of excellence
It is not easy keeping your place functioning at this level. It takes a lot of work, dedication and consistency.
And these guys have done all the right stuff to remain at tier 1 level
Like I said, my wife and I have ordered from just about every deli in Fresno and none of them come close to this quality here,
not to mention when you pick up one of the sandwiches here you can feel the weight of all the goodness you’re about to partake in.

"It's overpriced for what you get. Some items are great (caprese) but pizza topping are ridiculously over-priced for what you get. We ordered tomato and basil- each topping over $3 (each) and the basil was literally some dried basil spice. The arugula salad is way over-priced for just basic arugula and a tiny bit of parmesan and I've had several really wilted pieces in the salad- for the price, there should be more shaved parmesan or maybe some pine nuts or something. If you get more than 1 topping, it's almost impossible to pick up a slice of pizza and eat it because it's so flimsy it falls apart- you have to eat it with a fork. And it's not because there are a lot of each topping- it's like the dough just isn't crisp enough to hold the toppings. This place has potential- it feels elevated in comparison to all the chains and we've been looking for a 'better' pizza in town. But the prices don't match the current quality of most items. The large menu with a lot of options is great- just work on some quality and if you're adding basil for over $3- be sure it's actually fresh basil and not a few sprinkles from a spice jar."

My mouth was watering with the aroma of goodness. And the smell of freshness. My pizza was a white sauce beautifully done not overwhelming with garlic but just perfectly balanced. You open the box and you get hit with a beautiful freshness smell of the mozzarella, ricotta and Parmesan cheese on the pizza. And the same freshness of the cheese roll up.
