"Firstly I received MEATBALLS instead of oxtails. This is already an issue but lastly, the Pho broth has almost entirely leaked out of the container, leaving me with just half. But still, I'm more upset that I did not receive oxtails as I've paid nearly 20 for just this dish alone!

The vegan pho was also tasty. The tofu in tomato sauce wasn't my favorite flavor but it was still made well although some of the greens were showing signs (spots and yellowing) of going bad and should have been removed before cooking them. "This place is where LuLu Pho was located prior. Considering LuLu was the best pho is Maryland I've had (and I like to think I've trie a lot), they had big shoes to fill. Well good news..still the best pho in Maryland. Also..LuLu didn't utilize delivery services like Doordash. So this is essentially LuLu with new management and Doordash. I've even heard some people like the broth more now..at this point I am undecided but they still have the best broth in Maryland."

"This was my second time ordering the chicken breast pho from this business, but the consistency was very disappointing compared to my past experience. Instead of a full chicken breast, the soup only contained small scraps of chicken. Additionally, the broth leaked entirely through the plastic bag because the restaurant used insecure packaging for a soup item. I specifically ordered this comforting meal because I was sick, so the lack of food quality and poor packaging was a major letdown."

The meat portions were also plentiful in some ways (e.g., the eyeround and brisket) but small in others (e.g., there was only one piece of oxtail in each order, and one was incredibly tiny). "Disappointed: bland & lacking flavor balance
Drunken Noodles had little flavor. Vegetables were mostly uncooked and very difficult to chew, which I guess is a creative choice. As well, cuts of mushrooms that were impossible to chew, quite disappointing.
I ordered spring rolls from the vegetarian menu selection and I got pork and shrimp rolls :/ So those were inedible.
The Thai iced tea was 1) small for 7.75, not good value for TEA! 2) even tasted watered down, barely any cream at the bottom to mix in with the tea. Super disappointing.
The mango sticky rice was ok. Rice was mostly flavorless. The sauce was super sweet, no salty balance. The mango was also not very good. Sweet but not the sour balance. It was not a good texture either. Usually a restaurant will not serve mango sticky rice if the mangos are not juicy and ripe. This one was not ideal.
All in all I would neither order from Doi Moi, nor visit them in person, again."

"I’ve been a loyal customer of DABOBA since its soft opening, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a KitKat Brown Sugar Milk Tea (0% sugar, no ice, no cream) around 9 PM, and not only did it take a long time despite no other orders, but the drink was missing around 10% of its volume when served.
When I questioned this, the manager claimed that due to my customization, this was unavoidable and refused to fill the drink to the top—even with water. His justification that making more tea would take two hours left me baffled. Customers should not have to compromise on the quality or quantity of what they pay for.
It’s disappointing to see such a lack of customer service and professionalism. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, but until improvements are made, I won’t be returning."
