"I had been completely hesitant to order from Roger's, but the other night I just needed comfort food. Thankfully, it was exactly the comfort food I had imagined. The Small Appetite chicken fried steak dinner with brown gravy with peas and carrots fit the bill perfectly. It transported me back to childhood and was the perfect amount of food. The portion of Onion Rings was large and they were huge and really crispy. The Patty Melt Burger my husband got was super tasty but not terribly huge. "I go to OSU e-campus and came into town for a live class. I missed boba on the drive here, and decided to get one with dinner. I got mango with lychee poppers and cheese foam, SO GOOD! I have also heard of the egg yolk pastry, but we don't have them in Idaho, and my expectations were exceeded again. Finally, I have had a crepe cake from an asian market before, but this mango one was absolutely heavenly! "Excellent flavor and portions. The Teriyaki chicken was exceptional and must have been around 4 thighs. The Bangkok Street Noodles were delicious with genuine crispy tofu (unlike other restaurants that serve congealed whale snot in place of "crispy" tofu. The Cheesy Wontons actually tasted of crab and were fried to perfection as were the Chicken Potstickers.
I honestly cant believe we havent eaten here before, but im glad that we did and look forward to trying more of the menu.
