"This really wasn’t what I expected when I ordered avocado toast. The avocado wasn’t smashed or spread on the bread, it was just large chunks sitting on top of toast with a pile of spinach. The eggs weren’t seasoned, and there were barely any onions or tomatoes. Most of it tasted like plain toast, spinach, raw onion, and cream cheese with very little flavor overall.
The little bit of flavor from the tomatoes helped for a couple bites, but after that the rest was pretty bland. The portions also felt off. It was mostly large pieces of toast, spinach, and avocado, without enough of the other ingredients to balance it out.
I also didn’t receive the fruit that was supposed to come with the order.
For the price, I expected something with a lot more flavor and better preparation. Unfortunately, this was my first experience with this restaurant, and it wasn’t a good first impression. Based on this order, I wouldn’t order this item again."

"We have been customers of Pappas Restaurant for over thirty years. We used to go there on Sunday after church every week for years. But, we moved and it was no longer convenient to drive there. So, I ordered the Lemon Rice Soup (Quart) and we enjoyed for a couple of days. It was great at always and they are very generous with the bread and butter. I highly recommend this restaurant and its entire menu."

Its one of reasons I love it! another reason that I order this is because I have soft palate problems and I don't want pieces of Romaine spine as I cannot chew them. I also love the ingredients that you use in this one. Imagine my surprise today when it was ALL the hard splines of romaine. Today that was not the only problem. it had three little 1-in pieces a bacon, six or seven chunks of chicken, no avocado pieces, and no croutons. it had a small amount of blue cheese. very disappointed."
