Chicken teriyaki is precooked frozen chicken with the fancy "grill marks" and not appetizing. It's $9 worth of food but charged $18. Definitely not worth the cost.
House fried rice had no flavor so we had to add our own soy sauce in order to eat it. It's also an expensive dish with 90% rice and 10% protein.
Chicken larb salad and ToM yum goong were at least decent. $9 soup with 4 shrimp, a slice of tomato and 4 slices of mushroom. Oh and the Papaya salad was just ok.
You know it's a Thai restaurant but the flavors don't taste like anyone Thai was involved in the recipe or preparation. Overall, this place was too expensive for the lack of quality and taste. Sorry but would not recommend. "

There was a flood of bean sprouts, it was very wet and watery on the bottom( put a napkin in the container to soak it up), and the few noodles that were there were VERY mushy and almost inedible. The noodles couldn't keep their shape at all. Not sure what happened over the last year, but they used to make this a lot differently. I hope they fix it, but will give up on this dish for now."

"Ordered Hainanese Chicken and can only compare it to Food Terminal at North Point as I haven't tried it elsewhere in the US. While it's more tender and flavorful at FT it was not bad at all. Much cheaper than FT and I'm eager to try other dishes at Kari's. Of course nothing compares to eating this dish in Asia. And healthier than other greasy food. Overall good lunch portion and it had homemade style freshness. Next time I'll order a different dish.
