Everything tastes pretty good, I would say they do not season their potatoes so you'll need to add some salt and pepper. I also got the sausage patties, they were cooked perfect. I would order again just maybe leave out the potatoes this time. Oh and I don't like that they put your syrup cups in your food container, I don't think they should put that on top of my food... just put it in the bag. At that price point for what is essentially pancakes/eggs/potatoes, you expect something decent or flavorful, but it was stunningly bland. They also didn't read the notes for one item and sent another giant heap of unseasoned homefries, and somehow there was chocolate on the outside of the container for the chocolate pancakes. I'd love to know how that happened. Ultimately, it's overpriced and underdelivers. There are so many other great options in this area, and you're better off going to one of them."

Sometimes they're out of everything. This store does not offer substitutions, so you don't even realize that you're not getting what you ordered until it doesn't show up. For example, my order today was for a Chocolate Cream Donut, 2 Chocolate Croissant,2 Caramel Apple Pie, and Fudge Brownie. I received two caramel apple pies and the fudge brownie, but no donut and no croissants and no explanation as to why. I understand that they don't owe me an explanation.
