"I have not ordered from this restaurant before but the online photos of their food looked enticing. I ordered a Bacon and tomato double grilled cheese sandwich. What I actually received was a small amount of cheese, minimal tomatoes and absolutely no bacon on two flat slices of bread- not double as pictured. Incredibly disappointing and I will not be returning here after such a disappointing experience. If menu items are changed you need to update your website so folks won't feel that they're being deceived like I did. The bakery items were good so I am leaving 3 stars instead of the 1 star that the sandwich deserved."

"I had a chicken salad sandwich on texas toast. It was juicy with a great portion of the chicken salad. I loved that it did not have fruit and nuts in it because I think those things ruin the flavor. It did have very good seasoning, as well. The homemade chip were not good. some were over-cooked and some were under-cooked. They tasted like they had no seasoning on them. It's not entirely horrible, but it's 80% romaine lettuce with about 4 cube size pieces of chicken. You can get a MUCH better Chicken Caesar Wrap at Market Basket deli. There's is big enough to get 2 meals out of. The Lobster Bisque here might as well be slightly thinned out joint compound with 3 medium sized pieces of lobster suspended in it. Its so thick and oily that it will literally gag you if you don't thin it out yourself. If you're going to pay lobster bisque prices, you might as well make it at home and make it with some love and passion for the art of cooking. You're not going to find the love of cooking here. I'm sorry in advance."
