Completely new ownership and a massive dip in quality. We've ordered here three times now and each time (except this recent time today) we've ordered extra shrimp for the St. Louis fried rice and extra chicken for the Pad See Eew. When we would receive our order my fiancé would find only two shrimps in her fried rice and I would receive maybe a single extra chicken slice. We know this because tonight we decided to order without the extra shrimp and chicken and we received the same amount as if we were to order with the extra shrimp and chicken.
The quality of the food has dipped significantly. I can't give the Thai Kitchen (Bangkok Cafe) any issues with consistency, because it's been consistently below average.
An order of below average Pad See Eew and St. Louis fried rice will cost you $20 each. This cost almost $50 after tax, which I could have gone to a different thai joint and paid 12 dollars for double the food and triple the flavor.
Incredibly disappointed by this restaurant. I'd be confident to say buying extra of anything is a scam from this place. Don't buy any extra it's a waste of money.

What really impressed me was that our order came hot, my plate was steaming when I opened it. The portions were nice too, and added to its value. It was all Rangoon and no crab with the crab Rangoon, they had nice crispy edges but should have had more filling. The Pork Egg Roll had a spring roll type wrapper (thin and flaky instead of thick and crispy) and that threw me off though they still tasted alright."

I orde the Catfish Fillet Plate and Vess, while my daughter ate the pork Egg Roll with a Vess as well. Chef's kiss is all I can say. "Delicious food, but kind of scammy. They have some of the smallest crab rangoon I’ve ever had. There’s barely any filling inside of the wrappers, so the majority of the rangoon is hard wrapper, which is really frustrating, especially when they sell savory filling, which is actually what I prefer. Boxes of fried rice are usually stuffed closed at other Chinese restaurants, but this place left what looked to be about a full inch of free space in the box. This was my second time ordering from them, and guess I was hoping that things like this was just a one off, because I do really like the food, but I don’t like when places get over on customers like this.
Stop being cheap/stingy and fill those wonton wrappers up at least a little more like customers deserve."
