Husband enjoyed the tamale from the Combination Plate but didn't care to finish the enchilada which was in his words "mostly just sour cream and cheese". "The Crabmeat Curry was the true star of the meal. Although I selected the Indian Hot spice level, it was milder than I expected. Even so, the curry was incredibly flavorful, rich, and well-balanced, making it difficult to stop eating. The crabmeat tasted fresh and authentic, and pairing the curry with the steamed rice, along with the Onion and Paneer Kulcha I added, elevated the entire meal.
