"The Dacks Chicken Mac & Cheese was a good portion for the $12 meal. The chicken had a sweet chili type of sauce that was good. The Mac was decent, I was expecting it to be more like a creamy cheese sauce based on the photo but it wasn't too bland or dry at least. It was packaged well in reusable Tupperware. The Collard Greens were okay. Had some heat but not too spicy, but too sweet for my liking and the portion was not worth $7. Not packaged well in the standard plastic take out box so there was juice everywhere but at least it was in its own bag. They were out of Beef Patty so didn't get to try those. Not sure if I'd order again based on the prices."

Then when I called about the missing food I was denied a refund or even some type of credit for a future order. Plus the food I did get was not cooked well.
I ordered the grilled cheese cheeseburger cooked pink. The burger was charred, dry, and the toast it was on was hard. It is supposed to come with soup and they didn't include that. Otherwise I would have used it to try to make the toast softer.
I ordered the bacon cheeseburger wonton tacos for an appetizer. I received them not put together. I got the different parts and then had to assemble them myself. As someone with bad arthritis in my hands this made eating them especially difficult.
These issues along with not getting a drink I ordered made for a horrible dinner experience. Bad food. Missing food and drink. Bad service. I won't order from them again."
