"I ordered a pizza and was really looking forward to it, but unfortunately, it arrived badly burnt. The crust was almost black and tasted bitter, making it hard and unpleasant to chew. The cheese was overcooked to the point where it lost its texture, and the toppings were dried out and lacking flavor.
It honestly felt like the pizza had been left in the oven far too long, and it really took away from what should have been an enjoyable meal. I ended up not finishing it, which was disappointing considering the cost.
I hope more attention can be paid to quality control in the future, because this experience definitely didn’t meet expectations."

There was no veggies or egg and I, honestly have never had such a bland Pad Tai in my life and I am 71 years young. The mango saladwas $10 and I am sure there was not even a whole mango in it. The only positive part was the cashew nut chicken stir fry it was awesome very tasty big portion but I thought it would come with noodles or rice which it did not maybe I misunderstood. "The Hungry Kids Pizza (8") was decent.The crust was a bit thicker than we'd like. There is a reasonable amount of toppings. It comes with plenty of fries, a juice box and a dessert... which is excellent for the price.
The Big Kids' Bugs N' Cheese was a big serving and the pasta shapes were adorable.It lacked flavor though and could have used more cheese and sauce...perhaps a bit of parmesan crusted on top. The pasta was also a touch overcooked....likely from being covered while hot and continuing to cook. This dish also came with fries, a juice box, and a dessert. (There was a choice of sides for both kids meals and each was under $13.)
The Chocolate Explosion was unfortunately very small for the cost,...unfortunate because it is absolutely delicious. One bite and I am hooked! To be fair, I was given quite a bit of chocolate sauce to smother it in. :-) The dessert was the first item I put on my order, and oh my!...I do recommend!!!"

"OMG the deliciousness!
Working on an Indigenous advocacy art piece with an immediate deadline, and I needed some nourishment to keep me going...Spring Grill House is the go to!! This time I ordered a favorite; the AAA Beef Set and because I am working my way through the menu, I also tried the Honey Glazed General Tao Chicken for the first time. The beef set was delicious and familiar (a comfort for my autism) and there was a generous portion general tao chicken to enjoy (going to be a new go to item on the menu). The flavors are on point and the portions are satisfying. The deal I used was for a free Thai Iced Tea, just to try it out. It was creamy and sweet and cold....perfect for such a hot day. My only constructive criticism for staff packing the food, would be to pack the ice drinks in a separate bag because the ice melted next the hot food and watered down the drink by the time I got it (there was very little ice left). It's an easy fix and the quality of the food kinda makes it hard to be mad about the drink. 😉

"Top marks for flavor. Even the Edamame was flavorful within the pod (full transparency...I tried to eat the whole pod first 🤦 ...lesson learned). They were seasoned just right and the pods were soft enough to push the beans out with a little pinch (a few also flew in the air to some unknown location). The AAA Beef Set and Bacon Wrapped Asparagus (6 pcs) are two of my regular orders, and my three year old and I both get giddy every time we open the boxes. Absolutely delicious and filling.
