The only pieces that were "crispy" were the frozen parts- which was quite a bit. The idea of building your own bagel sounds nice, but by charging separately for the bagel, spread, and various toppings, they jack the price up way above what a similar sandwich costs at other restaurants. As an experiment, I I tried making a basic egg, sausage and cheese bagel. The price came out to $11.00.
I could get an identical sandwich at Starbucks for $6.15, or at McDonalds for $5.45. There's no reason for these bagels to cost twice as much."

"The chilaquiles are generously served with meat, and the sauce has a great flavor. They were slightly dry, but the taste is excellent. The combo of gorditas comes with rice and beans. The gorditas are freshly made, generous with meat and cheese. The only thing I would change is the sour cream and vegetables—I would serve them on the side because reheated they don’t taste the same. The tacos have very tasty tortillas and the portions are good. I highly recommend it."
