wowzer what amazing vegan options. tofu check, vegan tempeh bacun that was Awesome check. vegan dessert check!! huge portions, fresh veggies, house made vegan Good Earth Salad dressing! bread crispy and flavorfulS-Bread (2x Halves) . I will order from here every time I'm in Salem.

Great service, meh food. The Straight Up Mac sauce tasted more like undercooked flour than cheese. Noodles were shredded and caked together from being scooped out of a larger batch. I was so excited to try the Creme Brulee, but they were out. Kindly subbed flourless chocolate torte instead, which was very rich and well-made, but the whole slice was smaller than the length and width of the spoon.

Not good! 2 slices of cucumber sliced into 4's. Minimal onions. Boring cabbage slaw. Hard brown rice & barely any sauce. The only good thing was the chicken. We paid extra for breast meat. This was definitely not worth the price. Not sure what happened to Ventis. So disappointed!

I love Venti's Cafe! They make the best veggie patty in Salem with mushrooms and lentils. It is fantastic! They have the crispiest sweet potato fries! Their homemade vegan sauces are amazing! Thanks for being the best place for vegans and everyone to enjoy fresh food! :)

The Straight Up Mac has always been a favorite. Unfortunately, this time it was cold and the texture was inconsistent. Some noodles were overcooked while others didn't seem cooked enough. I was hopeful that the downtown location would have the same quality as the South Salem restaurant that closed but it's disheartening.
The toast was nice.
