"The first time I had the New New Orleans Jambalaya was at the actual restaurant. I was quite surprised at the portion size! Which you easily can get two meals out of and I ended up taking half of it home for later.
Next was the amount of the various meat and seafood in it! They give you a very healthy portion of the Blackened chicken breast, sautéed shrimp and chicken-andouille sausage! There was no skimping on that!
Next was the most surprising aspect of this entree for me was how flavorful it was! This was really surprising. because I've had jambalaya at other restaurants and it was just as bland as it could be but not here. For my taste I didn't have to add anything to it even though our server brought over various hot sauces to add to it. Me and my friend who was joining me at dinner didn't need them at all. 😋🤤

Also, they used the classic Chinese food takeout containers but it was poorly thought out as the liquid from the Beef with Broccoli as well as the chow mein seeped through it and if it wasn't for the plastic bag, it would've made an even bigger mess (Covington uses the square/wide containers).
