"Best one yet!! Weve done memos for years, things change every time probably due to ownership, but this time everything was delicious, seasoned well, cooked well, packaged well. No complaints. Chimichanga was delicious (they finally stopped loading it with onions and peppers). Torta was perfect and just as expected. Carne asada fries were loaded with meat. We stopped getting memos for a little due to the inconsistency but we will be back asap, just dont change anything! "

"Beteseb is one of those rare restaurants that gets better every time you go. This was my second visit, and the combination beef and vegetarian platter was incredible from start to finish. The kitfo was my favorite, with the beets, tibs, and the wot close behind. The injera was perfect. Soft, tangy, and easily some of the best I have ever had.
The owner and chef are warm, friendly, and genuinely kind. The whole place feels like a family home where you are always welcome. It was a full house during my visit, and my dining partner and I were the only people speaking English. That is always the sign you are in the right spot for real, well-loved food.

Cenas de Platanitos Dulces / Sweet Plantain Dinner was also really good since I like Platano a lot. The only thing I didn't like about that one is the eggs. The next time in September, I picked up a half cheese and the other half had sausage, mushroom and onion. We ate it at the concert in the park. It was so good and it met with approval with my Milan, Italian exchange student.
Almost a year later in May, we ordered the equal with sausage, pepperoni and ricotta and garlic. Extreme amount of garlic. Even though it was minced garlic, it was place in chunks on the pizza. It did not enhance the pizza. Way way too much garlic. Gross. Crust ok but not great, sauce ok, but nothing to say that makes this place stand out or makes you want to order from here. What happened to this place? It used to be amazing- like comparable to NYC Bleeker Street pizza amazing. Did they change staff?"

"I almost accidentally ordered from here again because I forgot to review it last time. The Ham and Egg Salad was pretty atrocious. It tasted weird, and I would not call that a crepe. It had warm, wilted salad mix too, which also was really gross.I remember I could only have a couple bites before I trashed it. The Salmon Egg & Cream Cheese Croissant was sorta just boring. I remember thinking "how can you mess up lox and cream cheese?" You can just tell there's not great food being worked with there. Probably not the fault of whomever physically made it.
I try to be very honest in my reviews. No issues with the Carrot Rush. The Iced Nutella Coffee Latte was alright but nothing to write home about.
The portions would be great if the food tasted anything like it looked in the pictures. I would never order here again though."

Just two bites into the The Clubhouse Sandwedge he said, "this is how a club sandwich is supposed to be!" I asked for some dipping sauces for his sidewinders and they hooked us up with 4 different sauces. When he finished he said, "now that was a WIN!" The Southwest Chicken Chop was also delicious.
