"I had a steak quesadilla, and my husband had the steak burrito. I guess there's a beef shortage? The quesadilla wasn't completely cooked, I had to finish cooking it when it arrived. The burrito said it came with black beans, but they put bland pinto on instead... and then there was hardly any meat on either one. This is not Tex-Mex. NO tortillas for the soups, bowl, carne asada or kids meals. One (1) tiny salsa like an individual portion & a baggie of chips maybe a large sandwich baggy. The carne asada was so small that it made 2 very sparse tacos (tortilla wrapped around like a flauta). The soup was the most generous part of the whole meal. Without the chips , salsa & tortillas the meal was just incomplete. We had to heat up HEB tortillas & get Pace salsa. Everyone would have gotten chips & tortillas on site - they should have been in the delivery order also. All their protein portions are very small for the price."

"Lupe Tortilla has the best beef fajitas EVER I've been eating them for 30 years since their first loca in Houston on Highway 6. Over the years I have tried varios other dishes, and as much as I want and need for them to be edible, I have an extreme se to spicy things. I've tried many other d that were stellar, but my mouth and tastebuds cant s the heat. It's 100% a me thing. Ive even been in the res to eat and wanted to try other dishes and had the chefs come out to talk to me to see what they could make me. So kind. I think I also have an acidic sensitivity, and in Tex-mex food with all the tomatoes, and sauces, and various other ingredients, I am unable to have them. But thats still okay with me. I did learn recently that the meat is weighed out before its cooked, not after its cooked. So you lose a bit of finished meat product after they have been cooked. So when you order 1lb./16 ounces of fajitas, the meat is weighed, and then cooked so the final weight of a pound of fajitas is a little less than 1pound/16 oz. I'm glad I asked about this because I was trying to weigh out 4 ounces of meet per fajita meat for my taco and the weights were always off when I was trying to weigh out 4 ounces per taco and I was short ever time. So keep that in mind when you order the fajitas, and maybe get 1.5 lbs. if you like a very full giantic fajita. Flour tortillas are the best EVER, and they are at least 12 inches in diameter, and very thin. PRO FAJITAS LOVER TIP: .Fold the tortilla in half before assembling and you should still have a massive fajita taco with the strength of a stronger tortilla doubled in half to be able to hold the contents without breaking the fajita. The sweet caramelized onions and lime pepper butter are chefs kiss. Perfection. I can eat my weight in them and they are my fav food EVER, and I have loved them since the day I first tried them in Houston. Always 10/10. "

"It might just be the new Torchys in Leander that's terrible but I won't be ordering from there again. They always mess up and the quality of food is 1 star. They have started giving 1 chicken nugget for the Fried Chicken Taco (has to cut it up just so there was a bite of chicken in each small bite. The Baja Shrimp looked gross! it was soggy and sloppy. I threw it away. The Street Corn - 1/2 came with nothing on it, and I double checked to make sure I ordered it correctly. Overall, this meal was NOT worth $70. "I felt like hotdogs, so I ordered 2 HOT DOG - CRAFT YOUR OWN . One I made to be as close to a Chicago dog as I could, the other a typical chili dog. The chili dog was OK, but the chili itself came in a side container so small that there wasn't enough to cover the dog, even when spread very thin. The Chicago dog was so heavily slathered with mustard that it was impossible to taste anything else. I scraped off as much as I could, but in vain. There was still only the mustard flavor.
