Only thing I would recommend is the Smoked Salmon have more of a smokey flavor. I felt it was lacking.

"We’ve visited this restaurant before but decided to try the Black Garlic Ramen for take out this time. The flavor was excellent, rich, not overly salty, and you could tell the noodles and meat were fresh and high quality. That said, the portion size was noticeably smaller than what we’ve had at other ramen spots.
I added red ginger, but for an extra $3, the amount they gave was really disappointing. Between the $20 ramen and the add-on, the price felt steep for the portion provided.
Another drawback was the wait time. The app showed our order would be ready in an hour, but when we arrived, we had to wait an additional 20–25 minutes, making it about an hour and a half total.
Overall, while the ramen itself tasted great, the portion, price, and long wait make me unsure if I’d order it again."
