There was no mention at all that they would be smothered in sauce, which completely changed the texture and overall experience—and not in a good way. On top of that, the filling didn’t taste like chorizo at all, which was one of the main reasons I ordered it.
Also, the mocha was misleading. The photo clearly shows it as an iced drink, but when I received it, it was hot. That was super upsetting because I was specifically expecting something cold.
Overall, the descriptions and photos don’t match what you actually get, which makes ordering here frustrating. I hope this gets fixed because it really affects the customer experience."
