"Ordered for my sister's birthday, she really liked the cakes. Thanks!"
"Dubai Strawberry Mille Crêpes received the regular Dubai chocolate flavor instead of Dubai strawberry, very disappointed because I really wanted to try the new Dubai strawberry flavor. I've tried the regular Dubai chocolate one before and I didn't like it. now I have to tolerate another one because they packed the wrong item. Guava Mille Crêpes was a little too sweet and guava tasted a little bitter. Mango Shortcake was so-so, lots of fiber in mango."

"wow just wow. first time trying this spot. I got the bbq chicken sandwich with potato salad and it was by far the best sandwich/salad I've had in a very very long time. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Bravo guys 👏"
"idk who thought you was a good idea to put the box of pastries upside down in the bag. but all the icing on ones with them was all over the place , the pineapple Pineapple Brulee Pastry had all the middle all over the place outside of the pastry, and finally the Chocolate Supreme Croissant were not filled. my coworkers all said it was dry. when I said ummm the filling should have helped with that. they said "what filling" lol. very disappointed especially for the price. Harvest Chicken Salad Sandwich was good though small for the price and soda was room temperature and not the least bit cold."

"This is one of my favorite bakeries! The Mango Sticky Rice Croissant is so crisp and the mango and purple rice are not too sweet. The Beef Curry Salt Bread is great with soft inside and crisp outside, I just wished it had bit more curry flavor."
"The Tornado egg - Chef's Choice was excellent. It was filling and a good amount of egg. The croissant underneath stayed crispy and delicate, despite egg on top and traveling for delivery. The ham was good. Fresh fruit as a side was a perfect balance. The Kouign Amann was also deliciously flaky and delicate but also very sweet and buttery. Would order both again."

"The cookies arrived warm and they are huge. I love the crispy edges and soft inside so yummy. 4 XL cookies for $20 you cannot beat that definitely ordering again. We usually order insomnia but their prices are crazy to be honest. Thank you Choc!"
"I rarely order something like dessert but I'm staying in a hotel for work and just wanted something sweet and not highly filled with junk from the vending machine.
I saw this spot and it's less pricey than the other night cookie delivery places, plus, I love all things ube.
For a bit over $20, this was a great deal. Thick, giant, fresh baked cookies delivered to my door. The chocolate chip are huge. The ube was good but I was hoping for more flavor. The pumpkin spice was delicious with the perfect amount of spice; could use more pumpkin.
Overall, I'm super impressed with the delivery time and quality of getting fresh, warm cookies. Moist on the inside so no milk needed. I took a bite of each and I get to have a bite each day until I leave!"

"Yogurt great. Don't think I got two scoops of slivered almonds. Barely one. Judging from past orders."
"Flavors themselves were good but the toppings I got were a little inconsistent with what was described online. I added butterfinger (chopped) pieces to the cake batter flavor and the pieces were whole pieces just thrown in and not chopped like it said. I was hoping they would be chopped up, but it looks like someone just threw 3 mini bite sized butterfingers in the yogurt instead. I also added brownies to the cookies and cream flavor and they were also just actual brownie bites instead of cut up pieces which was a little disappointing as well. Cookies and cream flavor is good. Cake batter flavor is a little too sweet for me"

"The Banana Parsnip Sherbet exemplifies the intersection of innovation and integrity in artisanal dessert craftsmanship. At its core, this creation celebrates sustainability, employing rescued bananas that have been artfully roasted with cinnamon and honey an alchemical process that amplifies their natural sweetness and depth of flavor.
The incorporation of parsnips is a bold and deliberate choice, adding an earthy undertone that harmoniously offsets the fruity vibrancy of the bananas. Cream and vanilla contribute to the silken texture, creating a velvety mouthfeel that is both indulgent and refined. A splash of bourbon, expertly integrated, provides a subtle warmth and complexity, elevating this sherbet from a dessert to an experience.
Paired with a House Made Waffle Cone, which boasts a golden crispness and an aroma that is nothing short of intoxicating, this pairing achieves a balance of flavors and textures that is nothing less than masterful. The Banana Parsnip Sherbet is a testament to Salt & Straw’s commitment to culinary creativity and ethical sourcing a dessert that is as thoughtful as it is delicious.

"Me and my boyfriend regularly order the burnt almond cake because we are OBSESSED. He had originally gotten one from his coworker for his birthday and had to ask where it was purchased from. Ever since trying it we've ordered them 5-6 times, and it's amazing every time. It tastes fresh, the portion is good for the price as well. We will continue to order."
"Sugar, Butter, Flour is My ABSOLUTE FAVORITE Bakery!!
I used to order my two, favorite, individual pastries, perfectly delivered, to my place of work, in Los Altos.
Luckily, I was able to continue getting them delivered, to my Home, once I started WFH, all the way in San Jose!
They ALWAYS follow my special requests and packing instructions, to the EXACT tee, along with the prim and proper Bakery Boxes.
The flavors are just as wonderful as the presentation, after opening the perfect little boxes.
The Pastries are never a hit-or-miss, ALWAYS consistent, along with the more than fair prices.
These are all hand-crafted, Cakes, Pastries, Tartes, and more, that you can easily tell, have each been baked, decorated, and then packaged, with absolute passion, and attention to detail, one at a time.
These things are just SOME of the reasons that Sugar Butter Flour Bakery exceeds expectations.
My Family and I, ABSOLUTELY LOVE your Bakery!
Please continue providing the exceptional ingredients, quality, and personal attention to detail, along with your fair pricing!
Your Bakery is a breath of fresh air in the Community, and Businesses like yours make this part of the Bay Area so much better of a place to be, with all that is going on in the world today.
It's the simple things, like how I left a request to kindly package each pastry separate, and you didn't just stick a piece of paper, or a cardboard divider, between each item, you followed exactly what I had asked, with no issue, and neatly packaged each of my 4 items, in their own, clean, secure, cute, and tiny little Sugar Butter Flour Bakery Box.
You also even made sure that each individually packaged Box, had been secured safely, by first, placing a beautiful, golden, Cake Board, underneath each item, before assembling the Pastries into each of their own boxes, and sealing them, with tape, to take the extra steps, ensuring the Cakes, and Tartes did not slide, fall over, or smash into the sides of the boxes, while being delivered.
Because you took the time to pay so much attention to my order, and the details of my requests, this time, as well as so many others, I felt that it was necessary, to take a few moments of my own time, to express my gratitude towards this Bakery, and the person(s), preparing my order, personally, as well as to share photos of the delectable, hand-crafted, Sweets, and how nicely they arrived, along with describing my fantastic experiences, publicly, to my nearby Community.
I would Definitely recommend trying Sugar, Butter, Flour, 100%!!!!
Thank you for all that you do at Sugar, Butter, Flour!!
Sincerely,
Dior & Family =)"

"If you're looking for a dessert that's refreshing, light, and bursting with natural sweetness, you should get Coconut Triple / 椰子冻三吃 . somehow triple the coconut but not so sweet and just delicious! i enioyed how light yet flavorful the Jasmine Coconut one was. the texture is very soft and if you get either Mango Purée Coconut / 芒果哆哆 or Mango Coconut / 芒果椰子冻 , the mango is perfectly paired with the coconut. the purée version has less mango chunks and the regular one has mango chunks with larger portion of coconut. the jars they come in are great to reuse 😁"

"I love this place - excellent coffee and the pastries are amazing!"
"Mocha taste is fantastic - love the option to not have sugar added. Prominent Valrhona chocolate flavor. The only issue is that the mocha wasn't a full cup - it arrived only 75% full. Croissant has a nice flaky airy texture but is tasteless - no butter taste and needs a bit more salt. Croissant loaf is flavorful but a bit overbaked / crispy on the outside."

"Beautiful presentation even when ordering from door dash. The Dubai Brownies Strawberry Dubai Kunafa Chocolate (BITES) came packaged in a clear round container and sealed with an orange "brownies" sticker.
The strawberries were fresh, as well as the rest of the dessert. The forrero rocher gelato is 10/10 I love the flavor and they made sure to scoop the chocolate top in there too."

"This particular location in Menlo Park is terrible meeting their estimated times. Twice in a row, order was delayed by at least one hour because they were completing larger orders. I was unable to cancel the order due to the business marking that they were making my order a priority. However, the 1st two dashers left due to the delay and confirmed that the store had not yet started my order.
The Palo Alto location is great though!"

"Such delicious ice cream. The size of the ice cream is great. My parents really like the rolls but my favorite is the pints, and the price for the pints are so worth it"
"This is my go-to ice cream place.
Look, I'm no review writer. I'm just not that kinda guy. But I implore you, order ice cream, and order it from this place.
I'm a strawberry man through and through -- and the way these strawberries come. Oh boy. Halfway frozen from spending some time on the cold stone. Electric.
Texture is great. Some may describe it as gooey, perhaps even having a "good elasticity." I just say it's damn good.
I'm telling you, dear reader, you deserve ice cream, and you deserve it from ice cream kween.
Enjoy.
With love,
Jackson G"

"The B33. Red Guava Crema uses guava syrup rather than real fruit. I’m glad I ordered 0% sugar because the syrup makes it plenty sweet already. However, the ice wasn’t blended well; I kept hitting ice chunks the size of boba pearls. The Hong Kong Style Red Bean Ice had the same issue with the ice texture and was a bit too sugary since the sweetness isn't adjustable. That said, the red bean itself was great, it was the proper red bean paste texture I was looking for.
As for the Eggcellent Egg Puffs, they were a bit disappointing. They were too soft and felt more like an egg-puff-shaped waffle. I wish they were air-dried longer to get that signature "crispy on the outside, soft on the inside" contrast. The egg salad was quite good, though the sausage tasted like a standard beef sausage from Costco."

"Absolutely terrible. I ordered the 茉莉奶绿Jasmine Milk Tea and 雪顶红茶Black Tea Float , and both tasted like that old-school, low-quality milk powder but worse, like pure artificial chemicals. The boba was hard, sticky, and completely stuck to my teeth. The float in the black tea had a super fake, sickeningly sweet taste.
The 杨枝甘露Coconut Mango w.Taro was even worse. It was incredibly watery and tasteless. And no, it is not because I chose no added sugar; it just tasted like it was heavily diluted with water. The taro balls were also super mushy instead of chewy.
I will never order from here again. It does not matter how cheap it is. I would rather spend more money on a decent drink than torture my own stomach with this garbage"
"Super sweet, even with only 50% sugar. Also, the size of the toy is disproportionate to the height of the drinks shown in the product picture, which is kind of deceiving.

"The WHOLE BOSTON CREAM PIE (LIMITED TIME) is terrific! It easily weighs over 5 pounds. Only thing that could make it better is topping it with strawberries."
"This is the first time that I've been unhappy with an order from Marie Callender's. Usually everything is pretty top notch.
The entire order was very disappointing. The chicken in the carbonara was dry, but at least the shrimp were nice and juicy. The sauce did not travel well. It was dry and clumpy. Besides that there was way too pepper in that sauce that made it unpleasant to eat.
The side of garlic bread was overpriced for a 3 1/2 inch slice of French bread.
The red velvet muffin with custard was old and dry. The custard had a strange consistency."
