"Been here in person once after seeing a video on TikTok about it, and loved it. We ordered it as a pickup today and were there once the app said the order was ready. They were extremely busy (love to see that), but it may be helpful if they were to implement some type of to-go/mobile pickup. "I'm a hamburger enthusiast and was in town to attend a dog show. I saw this place had great reviews but I was very disappointed. I like a simple Burger with just bacon cheese and mayo. The quality of the burger has to shine through when it's not covered with special sauces and tons of other gimmicky stuff. I ordered my burger medium, it was well done instead. the meat was barely identifiable as beef being overly ground and overly worked. It was also way too salty. the flavor of the beef should be enhanced by the amount of salt not overtaken by it. there was nothing particularly special about the sweet potato fries, they were kind of soggy. When I called, the gentleman I spoke with (I believe the manager) said he had them right there. I told him I couldn’t come pick them up since I don’t drive—and without hesitation, he asked for my address and said he’d bring them himself.
Not even five minutes later, he showed up at my door with fresh, piping hot beignets.
I have never experienced customer service like this before. That level of care and accountability is rare, and it truly meant a lot. Their food is always amazing—definitely a go-to spot for something hearty and satisfying—but this took it to another level.
And the beignets? Absolutely delicious. Honestly better than the ones I’ve had in New Orleans.
