Wish they had buttered the toast there instead of sending butter with my order but other than that,the All-American Slam® was perfect. Hit the spot!!

When you usually have good service from a place, you are even more disappointed when they muck up an order so badly. Sausage links burnt black, missing items, other items either overcooked or not cooked through. We both had the Build your Own grand slam and neither was in any way close to correct. The receipt was checked off so I don't know what happened between there and here but quality control is definitely not happening.

Toast was burnt, and personally I wish yall had options for sizes of drinks as we got one and wouldve sized up if it was an option bc the drink we received was a small kids cup size that was finished in a couple of sips.

Sandwich wasnt even put together, it was all over the box. The bread was falling apart. They obviously worried more about the speed of having it done than the quality of it. I knew I shouldve gone to IHOP.

My pancakes had brown bits all over them. I thought they were parts of the chocolate chips from my kids' pancakes but found out quickly it was burnt bits from other things (one bite of pancake tasted like onions!) Not a single item in our order contained onions.
