The timing on the other hand is not great, as we still waited 10 mins after the app said our order was ready to get our food (2 meals with 2 sliders & a side each). Once we received our food, we were glad we double-checked because the side we substituted (for a $2.50 up charge) was wrong. When I let the staff know, they took my food back & switched the side - not sure what they did with the fries, but I really hope they didn't get given to another customer.
