Everything tasted super fresh — the salmon, ahi tuna, and all the toppings were perfectly portioned and flavorful. The bowl looked beautiful and colorful, just like something you’d get from a high-end sushi spot.
The white rice was fluffy, the seaweed salad and edamame were so fresh, and the avocado was perfectly ripe (which is rare for takeout!). The spicy mayo tied everything together perfectly without being too heavy.
