"Both the 20. "The Downtowner" (12") and the 21. Italian Meatball & Cheese (12") were amazing. Recently our favorite sub place closed down and decided to try this and it was AMAZING. The meatballs plus cheese were amazing and then to add to it the bread surprisingly had so much flavor even on its own. The Downtowner had all the meats I could want on a sub and the ingredients in it tastes super fresh and delicious. This will definitely be our go to spot for subs now, the big named sub places in town have got nothing on these delicious options."

"A13. Turkey - Bagel was transcendent in both flavor and quality. It was turkey sandwich meets IN&Out burger. Honest to god one of the best things I've eaten since moving to Hemet.
1/2 Half Dozens even ordering late around lunch the donuts were still fresh and so good.
A3. Ham, Egg, Sausage & Cheese - Croissant I am assuming this was amazing since my 12yr old ate it all before I could even hand him a napkin.

"The Vanilla Caramel ice blended drink came sealed with a sticker. This is a small and it's pretty good size. It is still frozen and not melted. it came with a straw.

"Breakfast Burrito was good but it is a small burrito and needs salsa on side. Would have liked it to be more pieces of eggs, potatoes, sausage rather than more mashed up, like it was. The Chunky Monkey was good like a frosted drink, really sweet for regular coffee drinkers there is an option for half sweet, that would be better to try for next time. Arrived warm and a lot less than other coffee places, Starbucks, Coffee Bean and Better Buzz. Give them a try!!"

"Mr You makes the tastiest donuts! they're nice and light with no greasy aftertaste, and there are these subtle notes of coconutty aroma throughout the glaze that really make them stand out. the filled donuts are wonderful and unique— the donut is sliced like a bun and the filling is spread throughout so no bite goes without filling. and i don't even like cake donuts generally but i would do anything for their buttermilk donuts."
