"The Tom Kha & Panang Curry are some of the best I've ever had! I love that the Tom Kha comes with rice, I love eating it over rice rather than a soup. I got medium spice on both and they came wonderfully spiced to a medium. The Panang Curry had plenty of veggies and chicken.
Now for the Papaya Salad (Lao Style) it looks amazing, but the moment I took off the lid it smelled of fermented fish sauce so bad, I took a bite and overwhelmed with fish sauce. Im sad and hoping I can add sugar and somehow fix it because it is not edible. Lastly, the Cream Cheese Wontons look so good but they're just meh, dense cream cheese not a fluffy cream cheese texture. They would be awesome if the filling was fluffy or had green onions or crab. I would not order them again.
I will definitely order their Panang Curry and Tom Kha again! "

They're a bit far from South Valley but they've got a long reach for delivery, and the food was just as smokin hot when it arrived had it come from just down the street.
The packaging when it arrived was very impressive. I love the brown paper bag, with the protective seal gluing the two sides together for protection! Very cool. No more staples or scotch tape. It took a bit of muscle to tear the top part of the bag open, but I loved that knowing there was no way anyone was inside that bag before it left the restaurant and it arrived on my doorstep.

"I haven’t had this frustrating of a restaurant experience in a long time.
I ordered through DoorDash, but because they had messed up three previous orders (and none were refunded by DoorDash) I decided to pick it up myself. This is the umpteenth time I’ve ordered yellowtail nigiri from Ra and the third time in a row they’ve cooked it. Nigiri is raw. A restaurant named Ra should know that. I called ahead to make sure they didn’t cook it. When I arrived to pick up my order, the nigiri was cooked, the $7 soup was tiny, and the edamame was 1/2 size…AGAIN. I’ve complained about this multiple times and never been given a full refund.
I explained the issue to them. My nigiri was in the same container as my Vegas roll and they took all of my food upstairs to the kitchen (TWICE) to show the chef what was wrong. “She wants it raw,” should’ve been enough of an explanation. The chef then came back downstairs and told me “in Japan it’s cooked.” Which I neither think is true nor appropriate, especially considering I had called ahead. He explained over and over that I needed to order it raw. I had.
He took my food back upstairs to remove the cooked nigiri and replace it with actual nigiri and 15 minutes after the initial complaint I was finally ready to leave. I love Ra so this is painful, but I can see why it has such bad reviews on Yelp."

"The tacos are good but not my favorite spot. I can only speak about the Al Pastor and Carne Asada tacos. These tacos are different than the familiar tacos in LA and the taco carts out in this area. The carne asada had no fat so it was missing half the flavor and I wasn't getting a strong beef flavor from the meat they use so overall it was bland. They do give you a lot of meat though. The Al Pastor had the flavor components of what you would expect from an Al Pastor taco, but it was missing the deep complex flavor I am used to getting at taco carts. They do however cook the Al Pastor how it should be cooked and shaved off to order so it is still a very good taco. The corn tortillas have a strong corn taste like they are homemade, but I am not sure if they make them. Overall, everything is very high quality and you should give it a try for yourself and they have a lot of other items too that I didn't try."
