The onions and bell peppers were very undercooked, but I liked the way it tasted. They were warm and the onions were cooked more than the peppers. Probably because the onions were sliced thin and the peppers were in big chunks. The crunchiness of the peppers wasn't a problem and the flavor still went well with the fajitas.
