The bagel chips that came with it are always heaven from Brent's, I've had them before and my grandfather loved dipping them in the soup and munching on them. I had my delicious breakfast "in"this AM, with the CALIFORNIA. I chose the hashbrowns and a freshly made biscuit; other options are fresh fruit or fries and muffin or toast and...I added a homemade hot chocolate to the mix.
Treating myself to their huge and fluffy biscuit was a delightful, since their biscuits are made and baked by the same baker there, at 5:00AM, every morning.
The hasbrowns were cooked just right: tender on the inside and browned on the outside and not soggy, the way most other restaurants make their hashbrowns.
There was no sour cream, as promised, but since this is a Ventura County Heatwave Weekend, I understand why.

If it is beef chorizo you should let the people know on the menu. I spent $19 (including tip for driver/door dash) to have subpar chorizo and eggs...next time I'll drive to the store and pick up the ingredients and it will cost about the same. "
