My steak with mushrooms and a potato arrived cold and basically inedible. The cut of beef is the most disgusting, veiny, low-quality piece of steak I’ve ever received from a restaurant. I’ll be uploading a photo. To make it worse, they smothered it in soggy, half-raw onions even though I specifically requested mushrooms. I understand onions are cheaper than mushrooms, but charging for mushrooms and covering the steak in wet onions instead is unacceptable.
The smoothie they advertise all over the app that I ordered was also missing. The Dasher told me nothing was packed for a drink. When I called the restaurant, the manager Walter just told me to contact the app. Emily packed the order.
The brownie bite dessert also came with a laughably tiny scoop of ice cream in what looks like a sauce cup.
This isn’t the first time items have been missing from orders here, but it will absolutely be the last time I ever order from this location again. Completely unacceptable."

I would have liked the portion add on the side, so I can see how much the original portion is. Rice. Not enough rice at all. It seemed like there was three teaspoons of rice. Lots of veggies. I'm not heavily into cabbage, but the app wouldn't let me exclude it. I added kimchi cucumbers. Still, it has to fit into a tiny little bowl. So I can see how cramming it all into that little bowl could adjust all the other portions. Chicken was a little dry. I tried my husbands bulgogi that was moist. The salad and rice option did not go. I should have ordered all rice for him and the side salad. He wasn't thrilled, but he ate it all. My son hasn't come out to complain so I think we're good on that bowl.
Door dash was ridiculous on fees. I compared the order with Uber eats and Uber eats was exactly $10 more in fees but they were doing a bogo on the chicken bowl and salad. The talking advantage of people is getting out of control. That's all I got."
