"I ordered from the 9th Street, N.W location and I was so very underwhelmed when my food arrived. The fries where opened and where not hot. I still gave them a thumbs up because they were tasty. I asked for the lettuce wrapped ShakeBurger which was so small I felt like I was eating a salad because the lettuce ratio to the burger was unbelievable. The toppings were soggy and barely there.
