"Completely disappointed with my meal. Ordered the ribs w/loaded mashed potatoes, corn on the cob (2 sides come with the ribs) and ordered (separately) the House Salad.
Starting with the salad, I purposely ordered the House Salad as it showed as a larger salad. I paid almost 5 dollars for the "side salad" i received!!!! The ribs were over cooked (meat was slightly tender but was at the point of tasting dried out) and the bbq sauce was horrible (tasted like it was 95% ketchup and it was extra thick). The loaded mashed potatoes were the worst tasting mashed potatoes I ever had. They tasted like they used instant potatoes.
The corn on the cob and salad were the only items that tasted fine. I don't usually order from Chili's, but if I do, never again will I order the ribs or mashed potatoes.
Outback Steakhouse has a much better tasting bbq rib selection, in addition to the loaded mashed potatoes. And you actually get a full salad when requested."

The portion of meat that's in the French dip is top tier! Just how I like it. Stuffed! The au jus was flavorful and perfect for the French dip, I would've preferred sliced grilled onions instead of the chopped so it doesn't keep falling out with every bite but it was still delicious. The size of the French dip was larger than expected, had to eat it in two sittings but no complaints about that! I would say it's worth the price (compared to other places where you get a smaller French dip for nearly the same price, if not more). The potato salad tasted freshly made, some of my potatoes were kind of on the underdone side but it was still good, tastes just like homemade potato salad. The side of bacon was a side of bacon, you get four whole slices of bacon per side order, would've loved another slice of bacon for the price but can't complain there either. Overall, my order tasted delicious and would definitely be ordering from here more often!"
