"So I've had the Chef's Special Panang Noodles for years. It had been a few years since I ordered this dish for takeout as I usually ordered it while dining in (more on why later). This dish is amazing and the chef is a genius. However in the past with the takeout order, the noodles and the sauce came together. Now they are separating them with takeout orders and it makes a world of difference. The noodles are deep fried. They are crispy and the parts that aren't directly fried remain wonderfully chewy. It's a textural wonderland, and separating everything ensures that you can enjoy it the way the restaurant intends once you are ready to eat. I'm so glad they made this change. "

"Mother's Ham & Cheese Omelette is fluffy and packed with tender off-the-bone ham. It is a large portion. It comes with toast, an English muffin, French toast or a pancake. The pancake is huge! It is tender and flavorful. It also comes with a side of fruit, hash browns, grits or a slice of tomato. I choose the hash browns. They are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
I also ordered the corned beef sandwich. It is tender and plentiful. It comes with sides. I chose the fries and soup. It was a good decision! The fries are crispy and hot. A bonus was the cole slaw and huge pickle! The soup was chicken and it came with a fresh, homemade roll and crackers. The food was fresh and delightful! We will definitely order food from Mother's Pancake House & Restaurant again!"
