The only White Castle I know of that actually cares about their food quality. They always get my orders correct! (Via doordash, dont get creative with your drinks cause those probably wont be right) but everything else is awesome!

Burgers arrived cold and bland. Fries were undercooked and had no salt. Dasher waited 30 mins to even get the food through no fault of their own. Once dasher left store it took less than 10 mins to deliver so no excuse as to why food was so cold

I like white castle's, but... the smoked cheese tasted like a warehouse fire; the lettuce on the 1921 was worse than the weeds in my yard; and the bun was so stale it was crumbling. They also got the order wrong. The only saving grace were the jalapeno sliders which were quite good. Hope the quality issues get addressed soon, but for now I will stick to the WC near my house.

Fries were buried and snother so they cold ans soggy and nobody will eat them so we have two who large sacs of fries wasted. Burgers are fine i guess

I ordered cheese cup and it literally looked as if they used one tablespoon of melted cheese. You're paying so much and at there mercy it will be done right.
